Select Article in Addon "Article" No items found

My english version FAQ site ist showing corect, but i can't edit it.
It shows the error "No items found".
If i click on the section and select FAQ DE the german articles are showing. Go i back and select FAQ EN the error comes.
I want to hide the read more button.
But I’m afraid to save, because I worry that the page might no longer display correctly on the frontend.
The category "FAQ EN" is still there and ok. Cant see any different to the german category.
On the german site it is ok. I can edit the site.
Must be a language problem, or something else.

Any idea?

Hi Klaus,

At least now, I see articles from the FAQ - English and German versions . So I guess you found out the reason.

I cant edit the page with the Frontend-Editor.
Message "no items found"

Try with the back-end editor and compare.

Ok, in that case, I have to talk with our developer and by now use the back-end editor to edit those two pages.

Hi Klaus,
I talked with the developer; we couldn't reproduce the issue on our demo site, that's why I am asking... If it is possible to get access to your site, we will make a backup and run quick tests.

We conducted an investigation, and indeed..

The page editor doesn't tell the website which language the page is in when it asks for the articles. The website then assumes German, because German is the default. So the editor looks for German articles in the English folder, finds none, and shows "No item found!". The German page works only because German is the default.

Only the editor preview is affected. Visitors to the live English page see their articles normally.
No content is missing or broken.
It's a bug in the page builder software, not something anyone did wrong. We will try to fix it in the next SPPB update.
