no update pagebuilder in backend, error 403

Since the manual installation works, could you please check whether any server-level security rules are blocking the update request? In particular, please review your .htaccess rules, Web Application Firewall (WAF), and ModSecurity logs to see if any requests are being blocked.

If any rules are blocking the update request, please ask your hosting provider to review them and whitelist the request if necessary.
