but I still cannot access PRO features

Hi Dina,
Thanks for contacting Joomshaper support. Since you’ve already mentioned that you’ve tried these steps, could you please try clearing the cache once more and see if that helps?

That isn't what I am seeing when I click on System > Clear Cache
This is what I see

Hi Dina,
From what I see, you already have PRO installed. Please check the site using 2nd browser. All PRO features work. I even created a video for you as an example.

Same in Firefox and Chrome Incognito and another computer in another office in a different city.
