In Image Carousel addon , it's possible - images can be linked. Just add URl inside field: Add Link To Item here.

In Image addon, you can add link here.

it would be quite enough, to change the view-url to the project-url.

Or even better, if you could enter the SP Page Builder ID so that the click on "view" lands directly on the Page Builder page.
