Onepage template wont install from quickstart

I followed all the steps outlined in the help page but they did not help. Please help.
I also then just took the template on a fresh installation

Please download the file from here and install it.

Follow all the instructions given in the blog.

If the issue persists, share a screenshot with us of the exact problem so that we can understand the situation better.
