Hello,

I couldn´t install Quickstart Package of Gazette (previsously Newsberg) template on my website (hosted by my provider).

I have tryed everything possible to update my Joomla 3 to Joomla 4 & 5 version with my Newsberg template and SP Page Builder before.

What a desperat and frustrating mission... When I realized that it´s apparantly impossible to upgrade this web configuration to Joomla 4 without being swamped with an endless stream of error messages, I´ve diceded to start from the scratch and install a brand new joomla 5 or 4 with an empty template (I choosed Gazette becourse there has been made update recently). Unfortunately after succes installation I finded out that template doesn´t work properly. Its not responding to any changes which I managed, doesn´t display any menu with css styling of Gazette, doesn´t respond to set up of a menu modul, etc.

So I decided to try last chance: a solid, finished site which offers a Quickstart Package Gazette Template. Surprisingly, I haven´t been able to install it at all.

I discussed this issue with Joomshaper support with no results. I asked advice my hosting provider, which is wide known company with good reputation and providing a thorough support too (its czech company Active 24), they came to the same result - the installing process constantly stucks after there has been set up all required informations and has been met all requirements - with error message "installing proces faild".

So I would like to ask your specialists to make a try to install mentioned Quickstart Package Joomla 4 + Gazette Template. Maybe you find the solution.
