Of course. For example, here: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/joomla-templates/appstream/quickstart-demo-installation or https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/joomla-templates/unfold/installation etc.

In big short the same way as you can install Joomla itself, installer is the same.
