Getting a 404 when trying to update the template. Anyone else getting this?

As a workaround, please download it from your JoomShaper account and then install it.

If you are experiencing issues downloading the template from the dashboard, please download the latest version directly from your JoomShaper account and install it manually.

In the meantime, I will check the dashboard download issue from our side.

Hello,

I don’t see any issues at the moment. Please make sure that you have added your license information by following the steps below:

Go to System → Site Template Styles → Your Template → Template Options → Update Settings, then click Save & Close.

Once this is done, you should be able to update your template from the dashboard.
