If you want to change the column header, then go to the addon edit page and go here. You can change the column header there.

If not, please share a screenshot of exactly which text you are talking about?

Please go to Language -> Overrides and create an override for your site language and translate this language string: COM_SPPAGEBUILDER_ADDON_TABLE_ADVANCED_SEARCH_PLACEHOLDER. Please follow this documentation method 3.
