Back Ground Colors

When using the intergrated SP on a multipage article whether I change the colume or the addon text block's background color it only applies it to the first page.
How do I get it to apply it to all of the pages of a multipage article?

The first page in the index will have a teal background but the rest are unchanged.
I am useing UltimateHelix and SPPB 3.7.12

That will be better to understand.
However, you can create a module and publish it in your desired position. Then if you change within the module then you will get the change everywhere you used the same module.
