Huge White Space Between Page Title & Content

There is a huge white space between Page title & Content. See example of page - https://janadians.com/faceypartnerss/index.php/explore/quick-links/login

However, when I scroll down, the space jumps and disappears. Please help.

Hello

Please use this CSS to Template Options -> Custom Code -> Custom CSS

#sp-header.header-sticky~section#sp-main-body{
    padding: 100px 0px;
}

Also remove this CSS from your custom CSS

#sp-header.header-sticky~section#sp-main-body {
    padding-top: 0;
}
