3D Effect is Missing

Hi there,
I use the educon template and I've seen that a new postet article has this suuuuper cool 3D effect if I hover it with the mouse-cursor. Unfortunately this works just with one article and I dont know why. My goal is to have this effect at EVERY article.
Can you help me with this

Accepted AnswerPlease use the following code in Custom CSS section to add hover effect on all articles.
article:hover {
box-shadow: 0px 12.99px 30px 0px rgba(0,0,0,0.1);
