Yes, you can add Open graph title and image through the frontend editor too following this path: tools>Page Settings as follows:

No, it is the Search Engine Title that i want to change for each page that I have highlighted in teh image link.

You can go the Menu Item of the corresponding Page which you want to change. Then go to Page Display Tab and you will find Browser Page Title there. Beside Page Display Tab, you will see the Meta Data tab and you can add meta description and meta keywords there if you haven't.

I should mention that all of the pages I built with Pagebuilder are the ones where the Page Title tag is not editable. I have already inserted the meta description on each PB page.

If you are saying that the Browser Page Title is the "Meta Title tag, I tried that and it doesnt change the Title tag in the source code

It should be part of Pagebuilder so that it is all in one place

As you mentioned you are asking about the Search engine title, this is the one you can change in the way mentioned above. This is the title that Google checks in general and it has to be SEO friendly. There is nothing separately for Meta title tag here.
