Frontier Editor does Not Work

The frontier editor stopped working . What happens when switch to Frontier Editor is that the left editor columns come up, but the content of the page does not appear, only the header module and sometimes footer module, but everything in between does not show up. Basically the page comes up empty on the Frontier Editor mode (it happnes at any page). The only option is left is to edit or create the page without using the Frontier Editor but basically this Frontier Editor is what makes this module useful. I had already licence, I thought maybe I need to renew my licence, I went ahead and bought the same module that used to work properly, but it did not solve the problem! It stopped working.

it now works but whatever happened, now it does not let me edit the my pages... when I click on Frontier Editor, it gives me this error and the Front Editor does not open at all;

  • You are not permitted to edit this page because one more user is already checkid-in.*

maybe you have not checked out?

Hello - I appreciate if someone can answer / address this issue. I am not able to access to Frontier Editor completely now. It looks like you have not signed out...

Error Check-out failed with the following error: The user checking out does not match the user who checked out the item. You are not permitted to use that link to directly access that page (#10).

Please clear your Joomla cache and Browser's cache and then check. If possible, then check with a different browser.

I did it, and then check with another browser (Chrome versus Safari), it still gives the same error. I think you need to log in and then log our properly in order for me to log in. Or maybe something else, you need to know better
