Blog Article Font Sizes Vary On Helix Ultimate Template

I am noticing that on my RsBlog that some of the article font sizes are very small and some are normal size. You can also see that the menu is smaller as well. I am not sure what is going on. Seems to be random from my viewpoint.

Can someone please help me with this?

The following css file is causing the small font size issue

/media/com_rsform/css/frameworks/bootstrap3/bootstrap.min.css?c4e74a0a6c74a2fda12510d47c2a7bce

This file is included in the pages those have small fonts.
