Editing Tools are Missing In The Frontend

No editing tools are displayed in the frontend for me I have considered their FAQ's, unfortunately without success. my template: Shaper_helixultimate SP Page Builder Pro Version: 3.7.12

yes very much, hope it's not too much of a problem. Pagebuilder also generates a lot of JavaScript errors.
