Yes, you are right!

With the carousel add-on, it is not possible to put YouTube videos as items. With the Carousel pro addon, you can do this. But, unfortunately, the carousel pro addon is not available for choose within a tab addon as content.

However, as per my knowledge, in SPPB 4 tab addon can access all the addons. That means you can use any addon as a tab content inside:)
