First things first, please accept my congratulations for your very cool SP Page Builder, templates, and extentions. In general they work just fine and helped me build a better and nice looking website. Hence, I'd like to give a lot of congratulations to you personally and to your team; you had done outstanding work!

I totally agree with you that not everyone is Superman every single day; and I can guarantee that for myself. I have weak days.

I am a chess traininer and not joomla developer or programer. However, before ask a question I try to solve the problem myself, searching on your FAQs or tutorials, make a google search. As a last resort I ask a question on the forum. Spening 1-2 hours to solve one simple looking problem is big for me and I'm waiting a motivating or helping reply.

I installed a demo website , LINK: http://angelosk2.sg-host.com/ with themis template. I try to copy things from the demo site to my online site, LINK: https://www.rules-chess-strategies.com/ However, on extentions // templates // themis - Default // template options // layout builder // and "Module Position" inside different positions I cannot see the same positions as in the demo website.

Asking this questions, after my online research, and receive an answer like "we do not provide customization support" it makes me REALLY upset. In my opinion it's not custom work but your task to help me create a similar template as your demo, LINK: http://demo.joomshaper.com/?template=themis

Last but not least, I wrote a bad review on your extention LINK: https://extensions.joomla.org/extension/sp-page-builder/ Please help me change my mind and after that I'll change my review.
