Invalid License Key

Today I bought SP Page Builder Developer from you, with the key: P*****M. I entered the key correctly. When I now want to import a layout, the message "Invalid License Key" still appears (see enclosure). What is the problem?

Hi Josef, License key should be long: 32 letters!

Please read 1st tips from: https://www.joomshaper.com/documentation/sp-page-builder/sp-page-builder-3/how-to-tips

Make sure that you copy & paste only license key without extra space before or after.
