Content Gets Unsharp (not Focused First) And After Continue Scrolling Than Sharp - What is The Trick?

hello, I searched in every corner... but I didnt find the answer
hopefully an easy question:
how are the setting and where can I make it when I scroll in / by / at ? template themis or the new template manufacture Textil that the becoming visible elements are at first unsharp (that the pictures at the bottom are out of focus) and if I scroll continue than they're getting sharp.
http://abrechnungsservice-lafrentz.de/ scroll until you see the pic below its on the right side to "Wir machen das für Sie." at first the pic is unsharp... and gets sharper the higher it comes

Accepted AnswerThank you so much - its very confusing for me as an newbe to understand the difference between the frontent edding and the backend... but now I know I have to have a look on the frontend editing because there are so much possibilities.
