Can I use SP Page builder inside SP LMS?
How can I add sertification pictures? For example if a student see the lessons and pass the test with 70% then I'd like to give him a downlotable picture; like this one: https://www.istockphoto.com/vector/diploma-gm473880802-64910297

For creating certificate, you can go through the documentation here. It will help you a lot to understand it.
For now, I am afraid to say but you cannot edit SP LMS pages with SP Page Builder editor. However, we will definitely keep that in our mind and will talk with the Dev-team about it. Hopefully, we can come up with the best possible solution.
