May I know what includes in your section? Menu, logo etc. all the staffs? Sorry, but I don't understand actually. A visual illustration would be helpful!

However, you can create any module and publish the module in your desired position(for ex. menu, footer...etc), then the module will apear all over your site. Even you can put your own SPPB section into a module and use accordingly.
