You want to edit a single page in different languages, is that what you want to do? I have seen the video and clearly seen that you tried to access a page in every languages you have with the front end editor.

Can you please tell us which Joomla and SPPB version are you using?

Sorry if I got it wrong but what I realized after reading your post, for instance, you want to edit a page with SPPB in other languages except English, right? I mean to say, suppose you have a Russian language page, you want to edit it with SPPB using Russian language. Is this what you want to do?
