Is it possible to use a contact page that works similarly to https://www.wsb.pl/poznan/kontakt = many contacts, and after clicking "Napisz wiadomość" - Write a message The site eats to the contact form and changes the recipient accordingly ?

It is not possible with our contact form addon by default as per my knowledge.
