Because you've removed that article. That file is not in Languages either.

Accepted AnswerPlease take a en-GB.override.ini file in this location: administrator/language/overrides/ and add administrator translations there. Change en-GB as your language prefix (for example, for Russian language it is ru-RU)

Please go to this location: components/com_spmedical/layouts/specialists and edit in the filter.php file on line 24.
Sorry, I could not find any way to change the weekdays.

Please go to Language -> Overrides and add overrrides for administrator language. Translate for these strings COM_SPMEDICAL_FIELD_VISITING_DAY and COM_SPMEDICAL_FIELD_VISITING_TIMES

Accepted AnswerThank you Ofi, "Narrow Your Search" works like a charm. The names of Weekdays are hardcoded. Should be considered for fixing.
