Once Again Logo In Header And Menu Width

Hi,
i don´t knwo why but the background colour of my header logo is not correct. Can you please help me once again? Also the Menu on kleiner-gmbh.de should be in one line, not two. If you need i can give you an account.

I am only in office this day, then i am on holiday for two weeks. It ist ok when you send me a mail inbetween this two weeks.
