I had the same problem. What solved it form is to disable the script caching. I hope it works for you:

• Select Extenstions>Template>Styles and select our template
• Click on the Template Options button
• Click on the Advance button
• Make sure that Compress CSS Files, Compress Javascript Files are not on.
• Clear your cache
• You can turn on the compression later if all is good.

That worked form me.
