Hi, Using not secured (buggy) version of Joomla from May 2017 is very unwise. By not updating the CMS, you are acting to the detriment of the client. I hope you are aware of that. I guess you have there old component that's why.

Why Joomla 3.7.2 and not, for example, 3.7.5 from Oct 2017. You should try at least this update.

Remember to update extensions etc. and please think about Joomla update!
