How is it possible that it is not possible to put transparency on the menu bar?

Hi Rashida, as I say I'm using Helix Ultimate 2.01 for substitute shaper cousine template that is done with helix3 and so not compatible with joomla4 (migration is nearby...) But... as you see in Helix 3 the transparency of menu bar is reached, while in Ultimate seems not... Possible? or ia bug o conflict>?
