Hi, I've been using Disqus for years (JoomlaWorks plugin). I switched to Helix recently (Helix Ultimate template 2.0.1), and wanted to try the comments. I removed the Joomla Works plugin, set the domain (shortname) but the comments don't show in the articles. Not even the form is loaded, nothing. Yet Helix requires only one parameter, the shortname. What am I doing wrong?

Sometimes some severe problems occur due to the cache issues. It's that's why obvious to clear the cache every time.
