Hi, i have purchased "sp page builder" but I'm not happy because I have some problems that I hope you can resolve for me. First: There is a way for personalize visualization of Joomla article? I.e. can I resize the article image or put text on it? I used Nicepage and on it I can do. second: How can I personalize header and footer visually? Excuse for my English. 🙂

You cannot customize or edit header-footer from SPPB settings. It can be done from the template settings. You can resize the image size using custom CSS, so yes, you can do that.
You can share the exact URL where you want to change the blog image size so that we can provide the CSS code for you.

Header-footer is called and build from the templates, not with SPPB. So it's obvious that you cannot change it with SP Page Builder. Change it from the template settings.
About resizing the article images and stuffs, share your site URL.
If in case, still you are asking for a refund, please tell me exactly what's the exact reason for that?
