Look how the photo looks almost at the top of the menu, could you help me to make that look better

If you want the image as fullwidth and little bit below from the menu, then you can use the following code in your custom CSS:

.view-article .entry-image img {
    width: 100%;
        padding-top: 30px;
        }

You can play with the padding value as per your choice! Hope this helps!

I have visited your link and yes your menu items are white colored there. So here is the code you need to change your menu item color:

.sp-megamenu-parent >li >a, .sp-megamenu-parent >li >span{
color: black;
}

I have used there black color, you can use any color you want within the above code.
