They're happy to take your money. Not so happy to admit their screw-ups or to even offer ANYTHING to make it right. Guess THAT concept is totalyl lost on these guys.
Told them I wanted my account extended due to the amazing amount of errors and trouble they have caused just in the last 2 weeks (not mentioning the 2-3 years before).
What was their answer? "It's out of our hands"
No useful interaction at all. More like "We got your money, screw you - live with it"
I'm going to let you gus in on a little secret: payong customers will NOOT continue to pay you for the enormous amount of inconvenience you cause. I'm not the only one. I pay for performance, and so far, the oNLY thing you "perform" is an obstacle and an impediment to my business.
