Blog Options - Featured Image Can't Be Uploaded

Hi there, the Featured image can't be uploaded at Blog options when adding an article. What could be the problem? How to solve it?

Hi Ugur,

no unfortunately there is no error message. If I click on the Upload Image button, I can select an image and open it, then the upload bar loads, but after that nothing happens and the upload button remains and the image is not uploaded.

Can you clear your Joomla and browser cookies? I'm trying to help with what I know. Producers will respond better.

Even if i empty the cookies, it does not work.

Hello Hummel,

As I can see you are using Newsberg template, please rollback to Helix Ultimate 1.1.4, as the templates are not yet compatible with Helix Ultimate 2.x.x versions.

Our dev-team is working on the compatibility and those will be very soon.
