I have checked your site on my localhost and it works fine. Maybe your server occurred the problem. Thanks

Hello Toufiq, I finally succeeded in publishing the Featured Image in the Article Blog Options Tab. But I still think there is a bug with Helix Ultimate Framework. See, I actually have to uninstall the HU Framework 2.0.5, then setup HU 1.1.4 (!), then create my article and upload the Featured Image, then uninstall HU 1.1.4, then re-install HU 2.0.5... This process is really very restrictive as you guess. Let's hope that will be solved in a next release of HU. Best regards

I have a similar problem. I have installed Joomla version 3.10.3. Pagebuilder Pro and HelixUltimate. Unfortunately I can not upload the Blog Featured images. I tried to install the old Helix template 1.1.4, but unfortunately this had no positive effect. Also I have the problem that I can upload PDFs, but then they are not selectable in Mediamanger.

URL of the website https://viesaineetzen.com/

For exemple, i want to put the image in "blog Media" ab ( and not in the tab "images and links" as i have to do for "escape the problem" https://viesaineetzen.com/index.php/une-slider/travailler-son-muscle-psoas

A lot of thanks if you can reslove this ...

Hello Marie, Yes it seems you get the same problem as me... And bad news: I confirm this is still not yet solved on my side... Keep me in touch if you (or Joomshaper staff) find some solution.

To Toufik and Olivier and Rashida

Rashida give me the right solution ! Thanks a lot! "First, in Joomla admin check: System Information > PHP Information > and search "memory_limit" - what is a value that you have? If you have "-1" (no-limit) please go to hosting cPanel or ask hosting support to change this value. We recommend using any value above 256M. For a typical small or middle website: 512M should be OK. Save changes and see if your value was updated. Then try to upload the image again."

It's good for me...at last !

Have a nice day marie
