If I choose new article or editing old one, 1st I cannot swith between joomla and page builder. Second I try to press any save buttons there are no reactions while close button is working

Is this happening with the articles only or the SP Page Builder pages too?

Lastly, did you checked the links I have given you previously? Specifically, did you try disabling mod_security, clear your Joomla and browser cache, and check again?

Would you please try the following:

1. Change Admin Template to any other and test
2. Clear Cache in Template Admin & in Browser
3. Try a Different Browser
4. Change ERROR REPORTING under GLOBAL CONFIGURATION to NONE

None of your suggestions worked out. Another site start behaving like that after helix and j2store update.

Did you updated Unei template's system plugin to helix ultimate version 2? What is your Joomla version?

Actually, other than Helix Ultimate template none other templates are fully working with the new version.

So, it would be better not to update your system - Helix Ultimte plugin. As if you have updated lready, kindly roll back to your previous backed up version of your site.

I confirm problem is in helix. After unistal it everything works perfectly. Reinstalling : problem back again

As I said earlier, please do not update your Unei template framework to helix ultimate 2.

Please work with helix ultimate 1 version for now.

it worked out. Please disable suggested update if they would not work. Let me know when I should accept to move to helix 2.xx
