Hi, how do I disable email notifications for support forum questions? I can't find anywhere how to turn them off. Thanks.

Hello

Thank you for your query. There is actually no such option to do it from Forum. There is something you can try by using the filter option from your email provider. For example, in Gmail you can try this link below to create rules:

This will help you.

Hi Ariba, where exactly is the block option? I don't see it on the message thread, or anywhere in my profile on your website.

Isn't there a way to turn off notifications for one specific support thread?

This is the thread I no longer want to receive notifications about:

Hello

You can kindly check the screenshot in the hidden content. You will find the option to Block there and also you will get the option to Filter messages too. You can see the link I shared at the beginning for that.

Hi Ariba,

You misunderstand my question. I am NOT asking you how to block a sender from my email client. I know how to do email.

When I am logged in to your website, is there a way in my account profile, or directly from the support forum, or from within a support forum thread, to disable notifications?

Hello

My apologies for the misunderstanding. There is not an option to do that the way you are asking for, sorry.

OK, thank you. Can you please suggest to your developers that they revise your system to allow the user to optionally enable or disable thread notifications?
