URGENT - Can't Edit Joomla Content Or Modules Having Updated To 3.7.14

We use SP Page Builder to format Joomla content and we also use the SP Page Builder module in key locations on our site.
I upgraded to 3.7.14 this morning and now when I click on an article none of the SP Page Builder content is showing in the backend. The problem is the same for Joomla content and modules.
I can reveal content if I click 'Joomla Editor', but this is not the content we use.
In the front end the content is showing fine.
We are running PHP 7.4, and for now I have turned off all caches and cloudflare.

NB this is an URGENT issue for us as I have a website for an event in 3 weeks that I can't edit.

Accepted AnswerI have fixed it for now by dropping back to an older PHP - 7.3.27
However your site says you support 7.4 and 8 - I had all the settings is place as per this guide:

I would like to return to 7.4 once I know that this is viable.
