Hello, Since the updates, I have a problem with the 'blog options' tab. The 'upload image' button does not work anymore. I have access to the choice of the image but after a few seconds of waiting, the image is not displayed and is not taken into account... A solution ?

same problem on several sites

It happens to me exactly the same. I am also with IONOS. It works on another server and it also did on Ionos a while ago but not now. Why? Well, I do not know and in Ionos they do not know

UPDATE I just created an empty php.ini file in joomla-root/administrator. I tried to upload a file and it worked. Good luck

Hi there, I have checked your issue from my localhost and it works fine. I think the problem comes from your server.

Hello Toufiq

I have taken a previous backup joomla 3.9.28 helix 1.1.3 sp page builder 3.7.10

and adding image (+upload image) via 'blog options' is working again.

I have updated Helix 1.1.3 I've updated Helix 1.1.3 and the image upload doesn't work anymore.

What do you recommend? Do you have an old version of Helix to send me? The problem does not come from my host but from the update of the helix plug-in Thank you

I have installed helix ultimate 1.1.4 again and it doesn't work either.

--> I have reinstalled my previous saved version with helix 1.1.3 : it's ok again for the blog

Hello Toufiq

I like your work very much but I think you work a lot and you didn't read my post properly! Please read this carefully:

If I upgrade this site with 'System - Helix Ultimate Framework from 1.1.3 to 2.0.5', I no longer have the ability to add images as indicated in my first post "Hello, Since the updates, I have a problem with the 'blog options' tab. The 'upload image' button does not work anymore. I have access to the choice of the image but after a few seconds of waiting, the image is not displayed and is not taken into account... A solution ?same problem on several sites"

I repeat my question. Have you solved the problem of this plugin and can I finally update SP Page Builder Pro, SP Simple Portfolio, and System - Helix Ultimate Framework without seeing my site unusable with the blog images?

thank you toufiq

So, I can ensure it's your hosting server problem. Thanks

Hello Toufiq I trust you but I can't be the only customer in this case! I am with the hosting company ionos with a classic public contract and I only have 'joomshaper' products. How to do it then? not to update helix ultimate framework? what do you propose then?

Maybe some script or permission issue.

Hello Luis, Thank you, I feel less alone... :) At ionos, do they search or do they just leave you without an answer?

They gave me an answer that was...... to pay 70 euros an hour to review it.

OK - I'll try it from my side. On the other hand, Toufiq, you risk other problems than Luis and myself because Ionos hosts a lot of sites...

It's just a simple empty file called php.ini. But I can send it to you wherever you say, then you will have to upload it by ftp to your server and place it in the administrator folder of your joomla
