Problems With Template Startup Landing In Joomla 3.10.1

Hi

Problems with template "Startup Landing" (v1.1) in Joomla 3.10.1 Frontend works! Editing with Page Builder too.

But editing the template options shows an error message: "Attempt to assign property" preset1 "on null"

Is there a solution?
