Steps to follow:

Please create an account https://en.gravatar.com/ here then just use that same mail in your joomla.

As you have stated you have already a Gravatar account so you just need to add the associated email address in your Joomla user edit window. Please check this screenshot:

I have added the email account of the created Gravatar account to the Joomla user but I still see the Gravatar Logo and not the avatar I have uploaded to the account. Any suggestions?

Hello, After adding the username and email address as Rashida suggested and clearing browser cache, the articles now have the new Gravatar account and Logo appearing.

Glad that the initial solution works about the gravatar:)

For your other question, it requests code customization.

Better would be disable social share from the blog details and use a custom social share module in that position instead. I mean you can go to Extentions>modules and create a new module of SP page builder type, then use the social share addon inside. Publish the module to your desired position.
