I was editing the page architecture via SP Page Builder and all of a sudden the page started working extremely slowly I probably put some module on the page that I shouldn't? Can you please check.

Which page are you talking about? Please clear your Joomla cache and Browser's cache and then check. If possible, then check with a different browser.
