Please give me an order for the names that you want to show. I will then re-arrange it for you.

1. For desktop, left to right, 4 persons in a row
2. For tablet, left to right, 2 persons in a row
3. For mobile, 1 person in a row

You can use the hidden content box to share the order of names.

exactly like it is in the non mobile view... in the backend from left to right, downwards...

You are welcome. I have taken three rows. One row for desktop, one for tablet and the other for mobile. The row taken for desktop is hidden for tablet and mobile. Same case for each rows. So, on a device, you will see one row and the rest two remains hidden.

Please accept the answer that helped you. It will be then easier to find the solution for the other users with the same issue. There is a button to accept answer after each comment.
