should I update "SP Page Builder Pro 3.7.15" and "System - Helix Ultimate Framework 2.0.5" if I use "folium temlate" and it is not on the updated list

You can update your SP Page Builder. But please do not update the System plugin, it will be wiser to wait for the template update.
