Certain Submenu Choices Shows Up Twice

Hi, I'm runnning Joomla 3.10.2 and SP Pagebuilder 3.7.15 and are experiancing difficulties with the Mega Menu builder. Certain submenu entries appers twice but in capital letters! After moving the ones I can see in the Menu Builder they still remain in the Mega Menu in the front end. They are no where to be found in the Joomla menu manager nor the Mega Menu builer exept as entries in the front end. If I change the number of columns in the Mega Menu they just jump over to some other column. Why is this?
How can one re-populate the mega menu with menu items if they have been deleted?

Accepted AnswerOf Course! You now have the Credentials as requested. I might add that the only language we currently are working with is english to sort that out first.

Accepted AnswerHi again, I have now tested to make a complete diffrent Mega Menu and that seems to behave more as expected. I think the problems started when I changed from 4 columns to 3 in the one with the problems. I will now rename the working one and use that. But please get back with a solution regarding the problems I encountered since I almost don't dare to change anything since I don't really knor what triggers the problems... I have som images for you if you want but i couldn't figure aout how the image funtion here worked so if you want them please give me an alternative for sending them to you.
