Thank you for your query. If you want to insert a Read more button, you need to set this on Joomla Editor. In SP Page builder editor, there is not an option to do that. You can add it on the standard editor and then switch to SP Page builder editor and save it. Is this what you are asking about? If you could kindly clarify furthermore, that would be helpful.
