Main Menu does Not Appear On Mobile Devices

Hello, I use Joomla 3.10.2 with sp page builder and shaper_helixultimate template with a current sp page builder pro license. After updating to the current version of sp page builder the main menu can no longer be opened on mobile devices.

What can i do?

I just notice that the same behavior occurs on a desktop version when you want to expand the menu

Hi

kindly select offcanvas menu style and save within the menu tab of your Template Options. Here is a screenshot:

Clearing Joomla and browser cache is always important then.

This fixed my problem and the menu reappears. However, only the main menu items. Submenu is no longer displayed.
