Moving ADDONS In ARTICLE CONTENT Not Working!

I cannot interchange the feature box, image and others in a row in ARTICLE CONTENT. I have try in my other website and its working fine but in this website, it doesnt work. Please help. Thanks

Hello, I have already fixed the problem. I have uninstall some components and I have repair and optimize the database and it's now working well already. Thank you!
