PB Pro Problem On My Joomla 3

Hello Support,
I have a problem with SP Page Builder Pro on my joomla 3 website. I believe the problem was cause by the Joomla database. I tried to reinstall the latest Page Builder Pro but didn't solve the problem. The problem are:
- Cannot create a new page.
- It said sucessfully created/saved page but the newly page did not show or list.
- Cannot upload photo.
I need help to correct the problem.

Please take a full site backup first for safety. Then apply this fix. Run this SQL query on your database. Replace xxxxx with your database table prefix.
ALTER TABLE `n8ywl_sppagebuilder` CHANGE `id` `id` BIGINT UNSIGNED NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT;Best regards

I got the SQL string for creating a new page fix but the upload image still not work. It reach 100% uploaded but it kept spinning and no image upload.

It is something else. even I increased to 500MB or 1GB still keep spining forever.
