sadly i do not reach the goal to run the website on mobile device with the off-canvas menu:

Desktop version with Mega Menu is fine, but fails on mobile client with the off-canvas version as instructed by documentation and other exp. here in forum - sorry

Joomla version is 4.4.2 SP PageBuilder Pro is 5.2.6

Sorry for the delayed response.

I have changed your offcanvas module's layout style and it has returned to the original one. Here is a screenshot:

And I have moved the menu item type from menu heading to URL to get right arrow after them as well:

Sorry for your experience.

You are using PHP 8.0 there: https://prnt.sc/K-DJf12w5T3u

The Kidzy template is not compatible with PHP 8 yet as per my knowledge. Would you please downgrade PHP version to 7.4 to see if it helps?

Moreover, it seems you are trying to create a multilingual site. Would you please recheck the following documentation?

Please make sure you have applied all the steps correctly. Then let me know if the issue persists.

Dear Rashida,

thank you so far for your directions:

PHP is now on 7.4 Multilingual was downgraded to single language only.

Current issue: on mobile you can open the Hamburger menu, that show on right side, but only as a white plain. in the top left there is a "unfold" button white on white, so not visible. if you press it, the menu unfolds and works correct. How can the white-on-white button "feature" be skipped - the menu should be listed completely as you press the Hamburger Menu button.

please assist / advise

where do i find the tech specs for the pages/template for minimal requirements / capable PHP and Joomla version ?
